find the user enter num is integer or not..?

write a program to find the tnum(13,14,15,16,17,18,19) user enter this tnum or the num end with belong itself its a integer number otherwise nort a integer num...?for e.g:500013 is a integer but 50011 is not an integer bcoz the num end with one of the above given tnum...?	0
