how to map between two jsp pages

i have four pages index.jsp and welcome.jsp,welcome2.jsp,welcome3.jsp such that when i click on welcome.jsp it should go to welcome3.jsp whth url like ^&%6756753#343223 i dont want user to see welcome3.jsp in the url using struts please help	0
