American Motors Corporation is a motor company in the USA. It came into existence in 1954 when two major companies of America Nash Kelvinator Corporation and Hudson Motor Car Company were merged. On January 14, 1954, the Hudson Motor Car Company and the Nash-Kelvinator Corporation amalgamated to become American Motors Corporation (AMC), an American automaker.
