During the first wave, we were mature enough to stay in our houses. But in the second wave, people have become more careless, and this is the reason for so many cases in India. Now, before moving on with the discussion, let us first understand the primary meaning of COVID-19 and Common Cold.

Corona Virus

Corona Virus or COVID-19 is an infectious and contagious disease. This virus has been discovered a year earlier. The effect of the corona virus begins with mild symptoms like fever, common cold, etc. One can take medications and might not need any special treatment. But if a person is experiencing symptoms like a fall in the oxygen level, then he/ she must immediately visit a doctor. COVID-19 spreads through the germs generated by an infected person (a person coughing or sneezing). These germs are inhaled by the other person resulting in the other person being affected. Coronavirus begins with mild symptoms but can turn into severe respiratory disease. Thus, it is advised to visit a doctor as soon as you see the mild symptoms.

The common cold is treatable, and a person can be cured within days to weeks. Now, it is essential to know the significant differences between the common cold and coronavirus.
