Confirm your Identity:
Here, you need to fill your Instagram account name and the given fields:
Full Name: Enter your full name, as same it appears on your government identity proof.
Known As: It could be the company name or your name. Here, you need to use the name that everyone knows you as.
Category: You can select from a list of options like News/media, sports, government/politics, music, entertainment, blogger/influencer, and business/brand/organization. You have to choose any one of them that makes the most sense for your Instagram account.
Here, the Instagram team asks you to upload a copy of your government photo ID or an official business document.
