NROER: National Repository of Open Educational Resources

NROER stands for National Repository of Open Educational Resources. A National Repository of Open Educational Resources (NROER) has been launched by the Government of India's Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). It was created as a collaborative effort between the Department of School Education and Literacy, the Government of India, the Central Institute of Educational Technology, the National Council of Educational Research and Training, and Meta studio. This platform houses the Repository and all other respective parties.

It prioritizes extending education to everyone and seeks to include the excluded and reach the unreached. It is a platform where everyone interested in teaching may work together. It provides resources in numerous languages for all academic levels and subjects. Semantic Maps are the foundation of the Repository, and it arranges its collections into expanding conceptual semantic maps.
