Payoneer has a score of 4.4 on Trustpilot with over 23000+ reviews, with most of the reviews being excellent.

However, 6% are bad and wrong reviews (one and two stars), and we were eager to get to the bottom of it.

We scoured 100 reviews to find out what went wrong and people who wrote bad reviews.

We liked the Payoneer team because they have responded to all negative reviews, provided logical solutions to all problems, and assured them of all possible support to improve the user experience.

Here are two of the most common problems that Payoneer reviewers have encountered:

1: Long Waiting for Customer Support: Some reviewers have complained that they had to wait a long time before getting in touch with a live agent. However, we found other channels to contact customer service instead of waiting indefinitely for live chat. For better response times, Payoneer also recommends using phone, email, or social media channels.

2: Delayed or Cancelled Payments: Sometimes, there may be delays due to the review process or while transacting, which they have to go through due to regulatory requirements. It is understandable, but we wish this issue were easier to fix somehow. For example, in some cases, the delay was due to the customer's inability to provide the required documents, but in other cases, the issues appear to be "unknown".

You may get a response like, "It appears that your account has been locked for an unknown reason. The usual reason for blocking an account without any notice is a breach of our terms and conditions. Privacy Policy." The reason for this is usually unknown. "
