for Spring mvc crud example not working

I deployed spring mvc crud example in eclipse after deployed project then page http://localhost:8080/WebMVCSpring/ then AddEmployee and ViewEmployee HTTP Status 404 -	0

if your getting 404 error means we did only one mistake that is you are not given proper connection <context-param> in web.xml file(mismatching).	0
