No suitable driver found. JDK 1.8

I'm using jdk 1.8 and i'm having issues while connecting to database. I'm trying to connect to MySql. But it says No suitable Driver found. I also tried to connect to MS-Access but its giving "ClassNotFountException: sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver". Please Help.	0
