Thapar UniversityThe Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) is one of India's oldest and best educational institutions. Three new structures, including a lecture hall complex, a computer facility, and a new library, were inaugurated by the Institute in 2018. A new five-floor Nava Nalanda Library, a six-floor computer complex with labs and faculty areas, and a six-floor lecture complex with lecture halls ranging from 200 to 550 students each and activity rooms with capacities of 200 students each were among the completed expansions.
