1. Samsung

Samsung is a well-known global brand. The Samsung Group's subsidiary Samsung Electronics was founded in South Korea in 1969. In addition to producing and selling smartphones and tablets, the company also produces, promotes, and distributes a range of other electronic items for consumers' needs.

With about 46% market share for products running Google Android as of Q3 2012, Samsung was one of the top manufacturers of mobile phones in India. According to the statement, with a sequential sales increase of 39% quarter over quarter and 23% year over year, Samsung had "record-breaking growth" at that time with its record-breaking quarter.

The most recent quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker report from IDC shows that Samsung's market share has declined significantly in recent years. This is because many other brands have entered the market, and users have distributed accordingly.

Its affordable J series mobile phones make it easy to achieve its top rank. Because it continued to send its J-series to its trusted offline distributor partners, the report claims that it was able to keep its position at the top. Also, most of the phones in the J series are budget-friendly.

Reports claim that the Galaxy J2, Galaxy J7 Nxt, and Galaxy J7 Max were the three Samsung models that sold the most units, leading the brand to become one of the top mobile firms in India. Apart from this, Samsung's S series family of mobile phones is primarily known for high-end specifications with high price tags.

2. Xiaomi Mobile

When the Xiaomi company released its first smartphone in August 2011, it soon overtook all competitors in China. The biggest smartphone producer in China in 2014 was Xiaomi. In terms of the production of smartphones, it ranks fifth globally as of 2018.

In India, Xiaomi has revolutionized the market for entry-level smartphones with the help of both its products and its marketing strategies, which included exclusive launches & flash discounts.

Xiaomi is well-known for its tempting products and its selection of reasonably priced high-end smartphones. Because Indian consumers adore affordable goods, Xiaomi sells millions of devices each year. They have succeeded for several reasons. The highly customizable MIUI operating system in its mobile phones is well-liked by a sizable number of people.

Xiaomi entered a list of "Top Mobile Companies" in India with the Redmi Note 4, the best-selling smartphone in India for the initial years of Xiaomi, with a shipment of about 4 million units. 3. Lenovo (including Motorola)

Lenovo is a subsidiary of a Chinese global technology business with offices in Beijing, China, and Morrisville, North Carolina. Lenovo is a well-known company in manufacturing a range of products, including PCs, tablets, smartphones, desktops, servers, information storage, etc. It also provides separate technical support teams as per each category. Lenovo generated 83 percent greater shipments than the prior quarter, moving up to third place in terms of smartphone brand popularity.

Lenovo's subsidiary named, Motorola, also has a decent market share of mobile phones in India. A few projects under the Motorola name have allowed Motorola to contribute two-thirds of its repertoire.

Introduced as a newcomer in the mobile phone sector, Motorola has deserved a separate place in the top 10 list of top mobile companies in India. In the late 2000s, Motorola, Inc. divided into two mobile companies due to large losses. Motorola has two divisions: Motorola Mobility, which specializes in mobile technology, and Motorola Solutions, which focuses on business solutions. Motorola Mobility was first purchased by Google, although the major goal of the transaction was to gain access to Motorola's patent collection. Google quickly changed course after handing Lenovo the Motorola Mobility business for slightly less than $3 billion.

4. Vivo

India has the presence of many Chinese smartphones. China's Vivo Electronics Corp., a phone manufacturer, is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The company was founded in 2009. The business offers both inexpensive or mid-range and high-end Android devices. With over 2.7% market share, this company has climbed the list of Top Mobile Companies in India recently.

Vivo first displayed a fingerprint reader integrated into the screen at CES 2018. For the device, Synaptics created "Clear ID" technology.

5. OPPO

Another leader in the mobile phone industry in India is OPPO, a Guangdong-based company. In addition to smartphones, OPPO also sells Blu-ray players or other electronics. After being registered in 2001, the OPPO brand was first introduced in China in 2004.

The OPPO R5 smartphone was the first thinnest phone in the world when unveiled in November 2014. It led to the production of slim phones. With this model, OPPO recorded the highest sales during each quarter in India in the same year. Vendor shipments rose by 40% sequentially and by 81% over the same period the previous year. Its vendor share dramatically increased as it began selling its products through e-retailers.

In the fiscal year that ended in March 2017, Oppo Mobiles India's sales increased by 754% from Rs 933.74 crore to Rs 7,974.29 crore as a result of its ranking as one of India's Top Mobile Companies.

Since OPPO's sales increased more than seven times in 2017, the largest domestic mobile manufacturers, such as Micromax and Lava, noticed a decline in sales.

6. OnePlus

OnePlus smartphones are on par with flagship devices. Although these smartphones are priced in the middle of the pack, they have flagship-level features and specifications.

7. Apple

8. LG Mobile

LG Mobiles, one of the world's biggest mobile and technology firms, is the third-largest phone producer globally. The business is also known as the world's second-largest TV manufacturer and also produces home theatre systems, multimedia devices, and many other electronic products. Despite producing superb and cutting-edge phones, it needs help to compete in the congested mobile industry in the future.

The company has only recorded one profitable quarter in the last two years, as we noted last month. Additionally, it admitted that the G6's summer sales had yet to meet aspirations and expectations. 9. NOKIA

10. HTC
