2. Christ Church

Deer Park got its name from the many deer in the refuge. In 1978, the park had yet another name change. In Bardhaman City, the Ramnabagan Wildlife Sanctuary is close to Mouza Baburbag. The little zoo known as the Ramnabagan Mini Zoo is inside the Ramnabagan Wildlife Sanctuary. This zoo is under the direction of the Bardhaman Division's Divisional Forest Officer. The zoo's main goals were to protect the Gangetic plains' wild creatures and inform people about the sustainable conservation of threatened wild species.

Bardhaman stays cool all year round. Winters are cold, and summers are hot. The coldest winter is usually around 10 degrees, and the hottest summer is around 35 degrees. The ideal months to go are November through March.

    The city is crossed by NH 2. A simple and well-considered road route leads to Bardhaman. The main bus stops are at Nababhat Bus Stand and Alisha Bus Stand. All areas of West Bengal may be reached by regular buses from Bardhaman. Even some of them provide services for connecting states. Buses are operated by both government and private owners, except the West Bengal State Road Transport Corporation.

    Bardhaman railway station connects all major regions of the country. Trains are available from Mumbai, New Delhi, and other major cities. Bardhaman is crossed by the main railway line from Howrah to Delhi. Bardhaman can be reached in two hours by local rail from Howrah.
  • By Air
    It is relatively straightforward to reach the city of Bardhaman by air. Upon arrival at Kolkata International Airport, a 96-kilometer drive will take approximately two hours to reach the final destination.
