in this site tutorial on thread sleep there is this comment.
"As you know well that at a time only one thread is executed. If you sleep a thread for the specified time,the thread shedular picks up another thread and so on".

does the folowing Sentence is true?
if the thread.sleep was invoked insdie the "critical section" so no thead can enter now
to this section because Thread.sleep does not release the locks.
so its not metter in this situation that "thread shedular picks up another thread and so on"
