Can we call a garbage collector explicitly without using system or runtime class ?

Last time i went for a interview and the question was ... 1.Suppose in my project i have 4 garbage collector and as per my requirement i can call any garbage collector or i can tell JVM that i want that particular garbage collector.How can we use that in java ?	0

with the help of IDE. there is a facility in IDE we can call garbage collector explicitly. with calling any method. just click the button.	0
