If we talk about Mumbai, it has over 4000 high-rise buildings and comes at 6th position in terms of the highest number of skyscrapers in the world.

1) Omkar 1973, Mumbai

Omkar 1973 is a multi-skyscraper project located in Worli Mumbai. It is 3-tower complex> by Omkar Realtors with a maximum height of 450 meters. At present, it is under construction and is supposed to get completed by 2020. However, out of three towers (A, B & C), towers A & B are complete and has 76 and 75 storeys respectively. This project is offering over 400 sky bungalows with area ranging from 2500 sq. ft. to 18,200 sq. ft.

2) Three Sixty West Tower, Mumbai

Three Sixty West Tower is located in Worli, Mumbai. It is supported at ground level by a podium and is a mixed-use structure that comprises two towers (A & B); one will have the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other will have luxury residential apartments. The tower B that has over 80 floors stands at a height of 366 meters and is higher than tower A. Its construction started in 2011 by Oberoi Realty.

The 42, Kolkata is a residential skyscraper in Kolkata. Its height is 268 meters that makes it the largest building in the Kolkata. It consists of 61 floors, however, four more floors will be added after a change in the rule related to the construction within a kilometre of the Metro Railway corridor. However, it has 56 flats with a triplex on the top floors.

5) Lodha-The Park, Mumbai

Lodha-The Park is a skyscraper with beautiful landscapes located on the Pandurang Budhkar Marg in Lower Parel in the city of Mumbai in India. It stands at a height of around 268 meters and consists of 78 floors. It is spread over an area of 717.5 acres out of which .5 acres is used for a park.
