CHSL stands for Combined Higher Secondary Level. The examination named Combined Higher Secondary Level is held by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Staff Selection Commission has its headquarters in the nation's capital New Delhi. It is an establishment under the Government of India which was created on 4 November 1975.
