Furthermore, Bosch has established in India the biggest development center outside of Germany for the creation of end-to-end engineering and technological solutions. The Bosch Group has twelve firms in India that are all part of the Bosch Group: Bosch Limited is the Indian subsidiary of the Bosch Group and its flagship firm. Bosch established its manufacturing activities in 1951, and the Company has developed over the years to encompass 18 production facilities as well as seven research and development and application centers. HistoryThe Motor Industries Company Ltd. was the name under which Bosch Ltd. was established in the year 1951. Premo Automotive is a joint venture in which Bosch Ltd has a 40 percent ownership, according to the Company.
