Transsion Holdings created Infinix Mobile in 2013, a Hong Kong-based smartphone manufacturer. Infinix phones are made in France, India, Brazil, Korea, China, and Pakistan and are sold in Asia and over 30 Middle Eastern and African nations.

Infinix Mobile increased its market share in Egypt in 2017, climbing to third place behind Samsung and Huawei. David Adedeji Adeleke (Davido) was named the Nigerian Mobile Brand Ambassador by Infinix Mobile Nigeria on May 8, 2018. Infinix Mobility will launch its first smart TV line in Nigeria on June 25, 2020. During the 2017-18 Indian Super League season, Infinix was the official sponsor of Mumbai City FC.

In the year 2013, the SURF series was also started. In the next year, 2016, the business launched the S series, which is aimed at Millennials. Infinix launched the note series in 2015 for both business and personal use, with the Hot Note becoming the company's first best-selling phone.
