Bennett UniversityBennett Institution is a private institution in India's National Capital Region, close to Greater Noida. The university was established by the Times of India Group in 2016 and is governed by Uttar Pradesh Act No. 24 of 2016. With UGC, Bennett University is affiliated. Six academic departments make up the university: the School of Management, the School of Law, the School of Engineering science And Technology, the Times School of Media, the School of Computing Science Engineering and Technology, and the School of Liberal Arts. As its flagship program, Bennett University provides MBA and B.Tech courses. B.Tech tuition costs range between INR 3,50,000 to INR 3,60,000 depending on the program, while MBA expenses start at INR 5 Lakhs for a year and go up to INR 7.5 Lakhs. According to merit, Bennett University offers scholarships worth up to 50%. Scholarships from Bennett University are given in the first year of either an undergraduate or graduate program. The requirement for scholarship continuation in subsequent years is an overall grade point average of 8 on a scale of 10, no discipline cases, and no backlogs filed against the candidate. The student's performance on the required exams determines whether or not they will receive the scholarship. Academic Structure and AdmissionOn its campus, the institution has five schools and two centres. There are undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in technology, administration, law, and media. The language of instruction is English. The Engineering and Applied Sciences school provides BTech programs in partnership with the Georgia Institute of Technology. All applicants' admissions are determined by their JEE Main or SAT scores. All of SEAS' fields have PhD programs. For enrollment in the PhD program, a cognitive and interview-based entrance test is given twice a year. Bennett School of Law has entered into an MoU with Cornell Law School U.S. for 5 years of BBA LLB (Hons), BA LLB (Hons), and 3 years of LLB (Hons) courses. School of Liberal ArtsB.A. Liberal Arts Majors are available in Psychology, English, Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, Political Science, Journalism, Philosophy, Finance, Business Studies, and Economics. However, this is not a fully constituted school inside the university and the B.A. Liberal Arts Program will be given by Bennett University's School Of Management (SOM). The Bennett Hatchery, an on-campus incubator, was established by the partnership to provide physical space, financing, training, mentoring, and tools for students to begin their initiatives. Center for Executive EducationThe Center for Executive Education offers executive programs aimed largely at industry professionals' personal and professional growth. Student Clubs and SocietiesThe university boasts a vibrant student life, with several chances for students with diverse interests to participate in various activities and events hosted by these groups regularly. Among the active clubs are the Astrophysics Club, ISSAC Club, and SPIC MACAY. CampusBennett University has a 68-acre residential campus in Greater Noida, 10 kilometres from Pari Chowk. Administrative and academic blocks, girls' and boys' dorms, and a sports complex are all located. Thanks to a Memorandum of Understanding between the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and NVIDIA, it has an NVIDIA supercomputer. International ProgramThere are three sorts of international collaboration at Bennett University. The international program at Bennett University offers students a comprehensive and modern education. To create a network of collaborations that is heavily focused on research, Bennett University established International Relations and Corporate Outreach (IRCO). Undergraduate, graduate, and faculty exchange programs are the three types of exchange programs. 3+1+1 mobility program leading to master's degree. It also provides a credit transfer program 2+1 for three-year UGs and 2+2 for undergraduates or something close. Programs for student mobility include certificate programs, visiting student programs, semester abroad programs, summer school programs, and programs for research experiences throughout the summer. International summer school programs are a unique academic experience that present students with incredible challenges. Additionally, the program includes intercultural extracurricular activities and courses with a global perspective. Experience from summer school programs enables candidates to list international experience on their resumes and advances their careers. PlacementThe highest CTC for the B.Tech 2022 placement drive was INR 53 LPA, and the average package was INR 10.09 LPA. The main employers were companies like Amazon, Capgemini, Google, Infosys, etc. The overall CTC was INR 7.5 LPA, with the MBA recruitment drive recording the highest CTC at INR 20.7 LPA. Leading employers participated in Bennett University's MBA placement campaign, including PhonePe, Tata Power, Byju's, HDFC Bank, Indiamart, and others. The maximum compensation given to BAJMC students was INR 9 LPA, while the average pay was INR 3.51 LPA. The lowest CTC for BBA was INR 18.75 LPA, and the maximum was INR 6.58 LPA. The top employers for BBA candidates included NoBroker, Byju's, Kotak Bank, Jaro Education, etc. Some major employers included Zee Media, NDTV, Times Internet, and India Tv.
