Integral University

According to Act 9 of 2004, the state government of Uttar Pradesh built Integral University, a prestigious university in the state capital. A full-fledged university has replaced the renowned Lucknow Institute of Integral Technology. The fact that an engineering college was promoted to the status of a full-fledged university by the state government in less than six years due to its excellent academic standards, value-based education, and the highly orderly atmosphere is a historic occurrence.

Thirteen kilometers are needed to get to the university. On Lucknow Kursi Road, far from the city's center, in a tranquil setting amidst the sylvan grandeur of the Kukral Jungles. It contains a residential complex, a beautifully landscaped area, and an environment that supports excellence in education. The educational and administrative facilities are surrounded by hostels, apartment buildings, and activity centers.

A tiny group of passionate and committed educators, engineers, and intellectuals who have a thorough dedication to achieving educational excellence in all fields of contemporary technology and science took on the enormous job of creating a great university. They started with a school in simple huts when the project's cornerstone was laid on November 30, 1993, by illustrious scholar Maulana Abul Hasan Ali Hasni Nadvi, rector of Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulema, Lucknow. Soon after, the school moved into the main structure, which was opened on January 14, 1996, by Shri Moti Lal Vohra, the then-governor of Uttar Pradesh.

Vision

As "Kindly Light" (Exodus 13:21), to guide the thronging millions of people worldwide through the desert of ignorance and illiteracy with the thunderous heavenly message. As stated in Quran 30:96:3, "Read: Thy Lord is the Most Generous." and impart knowledge to them in the most beneficial and original methods. Value-based, high-quality education combines youth's vitality, intelligence, and enthusiasm with decency, decorum, discipline, and dedication.

How University Come into Existence

Mulayam Singh Yadav, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, said that the Institute of Integral Technology, Lucknow, would soon be upgraded to a full-fledged university in honor of the school's expansion. He gave the institute minority status. Following his proclamation, on February 26, 2004, the Assembly approved the bill, and on February 27, 2004, the Uttar Pradesh state government published Govt. Gazette Notification No. 389/ lkr - for -1-1 (d)-9-2004, which authorized the establishment of Integral University, Lucknow, following Act Number 9 of 2004. The U.G.C. Act approves it of 1956's Sections 2(F), 22(1), and 12(B). According to Section 12(B) of the U.G.C. Act, 1956, it has been determined that it is qualified to receive central assistance. Under section 2(f) of the U.G.C. Act of 1956, the U.G.C. granted recognition to Integral University. In 2004, the institution began its quest to offer top-notch instruction. New faculties of Science, Pharmacy, Education, Management Studies, Health & Medical Sciences, Agricultural Science & Technology, Humanities & Social Sciences, Computer Applications, Medical Sciences & Allied Health Sciences, and Law were added to the university's existing faculties, which were reorganized.

Facilities at Integral University

The academic, administrative, academic blocks 1, 2, and 3; the civil, medical, and hospital blocks; the library; and the architecture blocks make up the university. The university has three girls' hostels, Resident Hostel for Doctors and Nurses, and four boys' hostels (1, 2, 3, 4). There are seven computer labs and facilities within the university. There is a mechanical workshop with old and new machines and cutting-edge equipment. The university now has a branch of Punjab National Bank.

• Library: The university offers a library with e-resources available through the library portal. The library has wi-fi capabilities and a reading area for faculty and researchers. It provides electronic library services.
• Laboratories and Classroom: Modern, wi-fi-equipped classrooms and laboratories are available at the university. The university offers pupils cutting-edge technology in its smart classrooms.
  
• Central Auditorium: The auditorium has central air conditioning, specially made furnishings, a modern audiovisual setup, and a high-speed internet connection. There is enough for 300 spectators in the main hall. In addition to the main entrance, there are four smaller conference rooms, each with 120 people, to allow for simultaneous meetings.
• Language Lab: The language lab is a cutting-edge multimedia facility that uses computers, projectors, and other audiovisual equipment to provide effective Computer-Aided Language Learning (CALL) opportunities. It was created to aid pupils in acquiring strong communication abilities.
