About

Before the founding of Ranchi University, Patna University served as the associate institution for all of the degree-granting institutions in what is now Jharkhand. Ranchi University was established as an academic and affiliated university on July 12, 1960. All degree-granting institutions in the modern state of Jharkhand fell within Ranchi University's purview when it was first founded. Bishnudeo Narayan Singh was the institution's initial vice-chancellor.

4. Computer Center

Ranchi University's computer centre was created to provide the best resources. There are 25 computer nodes connected to the internet and INFLIBNET.

1. Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is almost perfect. The campus placement procedure is limited, and very few employers visit this college for campus placements. No firms visited this university for placement as a result of COVID-19. Therefore, I think this university placement is not good, but the instructors are knowledgeable, and the exams are finished on time. Faculty members are highly helpful and sympathetic to the challenges that students face. They work to adapt their teaching style so that it would better aid students in comprehending the subject. Additionally, they offer advice on how students can quickly learn and understand.

2. Remarks

Both online and offline methods are used to process admission. In the event of an offline admissions procedure, applicants must complete the online application form found on the university's official website. Candidates applying offline must come to the campus to buy and fill out the form. The institution offers admission based on a valid score on the last qualifying exam and a good score on the course-specific entrance exam.
