Her breakout performance came in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai as Jeevika Vadhera. D'Souza is well recognized for her portrayals of Roopa Awasthi in Belan Wali Bahu, Sakshi Modi in Ek Nayi Pehchaan, and Raina Sharma in Brahmarakshas. In 2019, she made her web debut with Fittrat, and in 2021, she made her cinema debut with Chehre.

She co-starred with Karan Tacker in the 2011 film Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai as Jeevika Vadhera. The program stopped airing on September 13, 2013.

She signed up for Sony TV's Ekk Nayi Pehchaan in December 2013, playing Sakshi opposite Karan Sharma. In September 2014, the program was canceled.

She returned to television in 2016 by portraying Raina in Zee TV's Brahmarakshas, directed by Ekta Kapoor. In February 2017, the program stopped airing. She made an appearance at Lakme Fashion Week in February 2017.

In the 2018 season of Belan Wali Bahu on Colours TV, D'Souza portrayed Roopa. She received the Gold Award for Best Actress in a Comic Role in recognition of her work.

She currently appears in ALT Balaji's Fittrat. Alongside Karan Tacker, she also appeared on Colours TV's Mirchi Top 20 in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
