Sonia attended Holy Heart Presidency School for her schooling and pursued her graduation at BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar. Career

Sonia Mann gained recognition through her appearances in numerous Punjabi music videos. Her foray into films began with the Malayalam movie "Hide n' Seek," released in 2012. Subsequently, she starred in another Malayalam film titled "Teens," which hit screens in 2013. She also ventured into the Punjabi film industry with the movie "Haani" in 2013. "Bade Changey Ne Mere Yaar Kaminey" was a Punjabi film in which she acted, and it was released in 2014; she made her Bollywood debut the same year with "Kahin Hai Mera Pyar."

In 2015, Sonia's Telugu film "Dhee Ante Dhee" made its way to theaters, and in 2016, her Punjabi film "25 Kille" was released, followed by another Punjabi film, "Motor Mitraan Di."
