Career

During his journalism career, he worked with several prestigious news organizations, including Zee News, Sahara News, and BBC World. He has three times held the position of Press Club of India Secretary-General. Due to financial violations which summed over one crore rupees, the Pres Club called an emergency general meeting in 2009 to terminate the former leadership team, which Pushpendra led.

He set out on a mission to free Jammu and Kashmir from the chains that prevented its growth and progress, using knowledge from sacred writings like the Geeta and the Quran. The MPs who drafted the Indian Constitution granted Jammu and Kashmir special status, allowing it to create its own Constitution, state flag, and laws to govern the state and its population. These provisions were included in Articles 370 and 35A. It was a difficult subject that often came up in conversation in India.

Before he began supporting this cause, the presidents of 'We the Citizens', Sandeep Kulkarni and Pushpendra Kulshreshtha, disputed the constitutionality of the clauses and requested their repeal from the Indian Constitution in a suit they filed in the Supreme Court of India.

Articles 370 and 35A: Involvement by Pushpendra Kulshrestha

Regarding Articles 370 and 35A, he was always against them and opposed them even in many Congress meetings.
