Early life

In Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, he completed his tutoring at Minto Circle High School, now Syedna Tahir Saifuddin School. He also went to Government Affiliated School. His political science graduation course was completed at Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh.

Pushpendra Kulshrestha gained popularity as a strong political analyst and worked at Pakistan's AAJ news in Karachi as the executive editor and India's head. During his journalism career, he worked with several prestigious news organizations, including Zee News, Sahara News, and BBC World. He has three times held the position of Press Club of India Secretary-General. Due to financial violations which summed over one crore rupees, the Pres Club called an emergency general meeting in 2009 to terminate the former leadership team, which Pushpendra led.

He set out on a mission to free Jammu and Kashmir from the chains that prevented its growth and progress, using knowledge from sacred writings like the Geeta and the Quran. The MPs who drafted the Indian Constitution granted Jammu and Kashmir special status, allowing it to create its own Constitution, state flag, and laws to govern the state and its population. These provisions were included in Articles 370 and 35A. It was a difficult subject that often came up in conversation in India.

Before he began supporting this cause, the presidents of 'We the Citizens', Sandeep Kulkarni and Pushpendra Kulshreshtha, disputed the constitutionality of the clauses and requested their repeal from the Indian Constitution in a suit they filed in the Supreme Court of India.

Articles 370 and 35A: Involvement by Pushpendra Kulshrestha

Regarding Articles 370 and 35A, he was always against them and opposed them even in many Congress meetings. According to him, these laws were becoming an obstacle to the improvement of the Kashmir region. He produced a string of multiple popular YouTube videos for the same cause. Additionally, he has written songs for performances in many Indian cities.

Pushpendra mostly concentrated on the Muslim people during the scare exercises. He was also unhappy because of the dread of assaults and the subpar housing in India. Pushpendra spoke of the vagrants destroying the peace in Sweden, New Zealand, and France as well. He organized a short film about the assaults in New Zealand.

Pushpendra founded the nongovernmental organization "We the Citizens" with the help of his two separate companions. Together with Sandeep Kulkarni, the founder and executive director of the NGO We the Citizens, he filed a Public Interest Litigation in the Supreme Court of India to challenge the validity of Articles 35A and 370 of the Indian Constitution and to suppress both of them. He is a knowledgeable speaker on controversial topics like the Kashmir Conflict, the Reintegration of Kashmiri Hindus into Society in the Kashmir Valley, Islamic Extremism, and Islamic Terrorism.
