1. In February 2022, Urfi published several articles revealing that casting director Obed Afridi had neglected to pay her dues. She also charged him with abusing young girls to secure modelling jobs for them. She shared several conversation screenshots in which the defendant solicited semi-naked images of ladies and requested that they participate in video calls to commission incriminating activities. Numerous celebrities, including Priyanka Sharma and Nikita Bhamidipati, came to her defence and shared anecdotes of similar interactions with the culprit while calling for his identification.
2. Urfi Javed was invited to a Mumbai news agency's office in March 2023. The security guard barred the actor from entering the building when she arrived. According to reports, Urfi beat the guard when he insulted her. The entire incident was captured on film and went popular on social media. Later, she clarified the incident in a social media post and expressed her displeasure with what had happened.
